The Tall Guy is a British romantic comedy film starring Jeff Goldblum, Emma Thompson and Rowan Atkinson. It follows the love life of an American actor in London, who is fired from a comedy revue and falls for a nurse.

But where There's Something About Mary is coarse, mean, and obvious, The Tall Guy is witty, absurd, and completely good-natured -- and in my opinion, far superior.
