"I'm Super" is a song sung by Big Gay Al in the film, South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut. At the USO show before the troops entered the American-Canadian War, Big Gay Al started the song at the request of Stan Marsh and Kyle Broflovski, who needed a distraction so the Mole could free Terrance.
